• Excellent attention to detail and a discreet approach.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares agendas with Chairs and senior management.
• Collates materials for committees and ensures data accuracy.
• Produces minutes reflecting confidential discussions and decisions.
• Manages committee meeting schedules and board reporting calendars.
• Maintains Terms of Reference and crisis management documentation.
