Job summary

A financial services company is seeking a Risk Analyst – Risk Events to support their Risk function. The role involves reporting on Risk Events, assisting with Board reporting, and maintaining Risk Registers and Policies. Ideal candidates will have experience in a risk or regulatory environment, with strong knowledge of risk frameworks and excellent communication skills. This is a hybrid position based in Manchester.

Risk Analyst – Risk Events

Location : Hybrid to Manchester

We are recruiting for a Risk Analyst – Risk Events who will play a key role in supporting our Risk function.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the Group Head of Risk in maintaining and embedding the Risk Framework.
  • Ensure all Risk Events are reported promptly and closed effectively.
  • Assist in Board reporting (Audit & Risk Committees) and Risk Appetite monitoring.
  • Help maintain Risk Registers, Controls, and Risk Policies across the business.
  • Support the business with Risk Exceptions reporting and regulatory developments.
  • Contribute to wider 2nd Line Risk activities, including ORSA and risk reporting.
What You’ll Bring
