Job description

A FTSE250 business is looking for a Reward Partner who can bring expertise, insight and influence to a broad and evolving reward agenda. This role will see you take ownership of key reward projects and programmes, working closely with the Group Reward Director to shape and deliver a total reward strategy that strengthens attraction, engagement, performance and retention across a diverse workforce.

You will play a central role in developing the organisation's EVP, introducing a new Groupwide job architecture framework and supporting the design of an updated recognition scheme built around established behavioural expectations. Your remit will include benchmarking and compensation analysis using Willis Towers Watson methodology, involvement in annual reward cycles such as LTIP, Leadership Bonus and Pay Review, and partnering with Internal Communications to deliver reward messaging that is clear, engaging and impactful.

Blending strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, you will also contribute to wider transformation activity, including business change, M&A projects and system improvements. Your ability to turn data into meaningful insight will guide senior decision making, while maintaining strong pay governance and keeping ahead of legislation on equal pay and pay transparency.

We are looking for a Reward professional with strong analytical capability, advanced Excel skills and the confidence to advise and influence business leaders. You will be comfortable working with ambiguity, meticulous in your attention to detail and driven by continuous improvement. If you want a role where you can shape and elevate reward across a complex Group environment, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact
