Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Reward Analyst to act as the analytical engine of the Rewards function. You will own the integrity of reward data across compensation, incentives and equity, and develop high-quality analyses, models and dashboards to inform decision-making for fair and commercially sound reward practices.

• Strong experience in reward analysis and compensation data.
• Advanced Excel with data validation, modelling and large datasets.
• Understanding of data governance, audit trails and confidentiality.
• Experience with reward benchmarking and pay review modelling.
• Ability to translate data into concise reports and insights.

Responsibilities

• Own reward data integrity across compensation, incentives and equity with controls and audit trails.
• Produce reward analyses, models and dashboards for decision-ready outputs.
• Lead data analysis for annual and mid-year reward reviews, including data prep and validation.
• Deliver market benchmarking and pay analysis with clear interpretation of findings.
• Monitor reward outcomes and identify anomalies, risks and trends.
