Job summary

bp is seeking an Executive Reward Analyst to provide analytical and governance support for executive reward programs. You will work with senior leaders to benchmark pay, develop cost projections and ensure regulatory alignment.

Ideal candidates will have strong data skills, experience with remuneration disclosures and a collaborative, innovation-focused mindset within a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive reward, compensation or remuneration, gained either in-house or within a reward consultancy.
• Strong understanding of executive compensation, annual incentive schemes and long-term incentive plans.
• Proven ability to analyse complex data, build financial models and translate findings into meaningful business insights.
• Experience in preparing high-quality materials for senior executives, governance forums or board committees.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and governance of bp's executive reward programs, ensuring alignment with business performance, shareholder expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare insight-driven analysis, presentations and briefing materials for senior leaders and the Board People & Remuneration Committee.
• Conduct executive pay benchmarking and market analysis, identifying reward trends and competitive positioning.
• Build financial models, scenario analyses and reward cost projections to support reward decisions.
• Analyse incentive plan design and outcomes, providing clear recommendations and actionable insights.
• Support executive remuneration disclosures and reporting, including contributions to the Directors' Remuneration Report (DRR) and Annual Report.
