• Experience as Reward Analyst or Senior Reward Analyst in a complex org.
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with Excel.
• Hands-on Workday experience focused on reporting and rewards.
• Ability to transform data into actionable insights and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytics across compensation, benefits, incentives and recognition.
• Lead data analysis, modelling, and evaluation to guide reward decisions.
• Produce high-quality reporting and insights using BI or visualization tools.
