Job summary

CDW Limited is seeking a commercially minded Senior Reward Analyst to support Total Reward strategy across the UK and international business. You will design, analyse, and deliver reward programmes to attract, motivate and retain top talent in a fast-paced, AI-forward environment.

The role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in Workday reporting, and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Reward Analyst or Senior Reward Analyst role within a complex matrix organisation.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
• Hands-on experience with Workday (reporting and reward modules).
• Ability to manage and interpret large datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to shape recommendations, drive decision-making, influence stakeholders, improve the employee experience and continuously improve HR services and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytical support across compensation, benefits, incentives and recognition programmes.
• Lead data analysis, modelling, and evaluation to guide reward decision making.
• Produce high quality reporting and insights using BI or other visualisation tools.
• Maintain and enhance reward reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance.
• Act as the Workday subject matter expert for reward, responsible for data quality, reporting, configuration and improvements.
