Trustpilot is seeking a talented Reward Analyst to join our UK HR team in London. You’ll model market data, drive compensation strategy, and partner with Finance to deliver fair, inclusive pay across countries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a reward role or associated discipline.
• Deep knowledge of reward processes and concepts.
• Experience with people data and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market data to inform compensation and benefits decisions across countries.
• Stay up to date with market trends and legislation to advise on risks and opportunities.
• Lead annual salary review, bonus calculations, equity grants, and benefits windows.
• Partner with Finance on budget modelling and scenario planning.
• Design new/updated benefits and incentive programs.
• Run pay equity analysis and support gender pay gap reporting.
• Ensure reward practices comply with regulations.
• Maintain job architecture, leveling and evaluation consistency.
• Build dashboards to show leadership reward health.
• Provide robust analysis on topics like share dilution and pay mix.
• Leverage AI to deliver efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on reward topics.
• Create clear total reward communications and materials.
