Job summary

CDW is seeking a commercially minded, data driven Senior Reward Analyst to support the delivery of Total Reward strategy across the UK and International business. This role combines advanced analytics, strong systems capability, and a continuous improvement mindset to modernise reward processes and enhance the employee experience.

You will lead reward analytics, workday data and governance, and partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate insights and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Reward Analyst or Senior Reward Analyst role within a complex matrix organisation.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
• Hands-on experience with Workday (reporting and reward modules).
• Ability to manage and interpret large datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to shape recommendations, drive decision-making, influence stakeholders, improve the employee experience and continuously improve HR services and outcomes.
• Strong process mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytical support across compensation, benefits, incentives and recognition programmes.
• Lead data analysis, modelling, and evaluation to guide reward decision making.
• Produce high quality reporting and insights using BI or other visualisation tools.
• Maintain and enhance reward reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance.
• Work with HR Shared Services to ensure data is maintained accurately and used effectively (Workday).
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and data integrity using Workday and AI tools.
