Preply is expanding its Revenue Operations team to own and scale the GTM system landscape, including Salesforce, Looker, and related tools. You will lead a small team of system specialists, drive data integrity, and partner with Marketing, Sales, and CS to deliver measurable pipeline improvements.

The role emphasizes architecture, automation, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on fast growth and data-driven insights to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Sales/Marketing Ops in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep technical expertise in Salesforce (architecture, admin, and automation).
• Strong understanding of GTM processes and data flows (lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-renewal).
• Experience with BI and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
• Proven ability to translate business, user and customer needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Workato, n8n) and API integrations.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, optimization, and health of Preply’s GTM system landscape Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Vitally, Intercom, and connected tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure integrations are seamless and scalable.
• Lead the evolution of system architecture — mapping processes and reducing technical debt.
• Drive adoption of new GTM tools through documentation, enablement, and user-friendly workflows.
• Identify opportunities for automation across lead scoring, routing, deal management, and renewal workflows.
