Job summary

Entrust is seeking an entry-level Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Marketing Operations team. This role supports data-driven GTM strategy, pipeline analytics, and revenue optimization across marketing and sales partners.

You will translate data into actionable insights, track campaign performance, and help improve lead conversion while maintaining data quality across CRM tools. Ideal candidates have a business/analytics background and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
• Internships, coursework, or academic projects providing foundational RevOps exposure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with pivot tables and formulas.
• High attention to detail and data integrity.
• Strong written communication to present insights clearly.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyse campaign performance against pipeline and conversion targets.
• Identify optimisation opportunities across targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
• Monitor funnel performance (MQL → AEQL → Closed Won) and highlight bottlenecks.
• Partner with Sales and SDR teams to improve lead follow-up and conversion.
• Deliver regular insights and recommendations to drive pipeline growth.
• Analyse win/loss data and customer feedback to identify trends.
• Support GTM trials and surface friction points.
• Monitor retention and expansion trends to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Maintain data quality across CRM and reporting systems.
