Job summary

Entrust is seeking a highly motivated Associate Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Marketing Operations team. This entry-level role offers exposure to data-driven GTM strategy, pipeline analytics, and revenue optimization on a global scale.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to translate data into actionable insights, driving pipeline impact and performance across identity, payments, and data protection solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Foundational experience via internships, coursework, or academic projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas).
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyse campaign performance against pipeline and conversion targets.
• Identify optimisation opportunities across targeting, messaging, and channel mix; monitor funnel performance (MQL → AEQL → Closed Won).
• Partner with Sales and SDR teams to improve lead follow-up and conversion.
• Deliver regular insights and recommendations to drive pipeline growth.
• Analyze win/loss data and customer feedback to identify trends.
• Support GTM trials and surface key friction points.
• Monitor retention and expansion trends to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Maintain data quality across CRM and reporting systems.
