Job summary

Homey seeks a skilled Sales Ops/Tooling Specialist in Wolverhampton to build and maintain CRM and automation tooling for the New Business and Success teams. You will automate lead routing, pipeline reporting, and onboarding steps, turning ARR data into actionable dashboards.

You’ll work with the Homey platform team to ensure seamless integrations and prevent bottlenecks, reporting to the Business Unit Manager for this part of Homey.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and workflow/automation tools.
• Background in sales-ops or RevOps, or engineering with commercial instincts.
• Comfort using tools in a regulated legal services environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure and maintain the CRM and sales-ops tooling used daily.
• Automate manual steps in the sales and onboarding pipeline.
• Turn ARR, pipeline and deposit-conversion data into leadership dashboards.
• Collaborate with the wider Homey platform team to ensure tool harmony with core systems.
• Fix integrations to prevent bottlenecks in deals.
