Job summary

Homey Group is seeking a New Business Specialist in Wolverhampton to convert inbound and referred enquiries into instructions for the conveyancing operation, owning the enquiry from first contact through to file opening. You will build the referral network that feeds it and ensure quotes are issued the same day.

Join a team led by the Business Unit Manager, with a KPI focused on enquiry-to-instruction conversion.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally selling into estate agents, brokers or another referral-driven channel.

Responsibilities

• Answer every enquiry quickly, chase until you get a clear yes or no, and hand off complete details to Onboarding.
• Find and win new referral partners (estate agents, mortgage brokers); manage day-to-day partner queries.
• Issue quotes and terms the same working day and follow up until you get an answer.
• Hand new introducer agreements to the Account Manager once signed, with everything they need to take it from there.
• Spot which pitch, offer or process change would win more business and push for it.
