Job summary

Homey is seeking a Business Unit Manager for our residential conveyancing division. You will maximise gross profit and customer experience by driving adoption of the Homey platform across every case workflow, reporting into senior leadership.

Lead Pod Leads, Conveyancers, Interns, and an Account Manager; own day-to-day performance, push data-driven improvements to the product roadmap, and optimise GP margins from a Wolverhampton base.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in high-volume conveyancing or legal services.
• Experience using technology to streamline operations.
• Able to work towards P&L targets and manage GP margin.
• Credible with SRA-regulated fee earners and multi-pod operation.

Responsibilities

• Drive full adoption of the Homey platform across every case workflow.
• Optimise gross profit through caseload allocation and performance.
• Provide actionable product feedback for the roadmap.
• Own day-to-day performance of all team roles (Pod Leads to Interns).
