Job summary

Homey is creating a brand-new role to build and sustain sales and operations tooling for our lean commercial team. You’ll own the CRM, automation, reporting, and integrations, working alongside New Business and Success Specialists and reporting to the Business Unit Manager for this area.

You will automate onboarding and pipeline processes, turn data into actionable dashboards, and ensure tools scale with company growth. This is a hybrid role with a Wolverhampton base.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and workflow tools.
• Ability to build lightweight integrations or scripts.
• Background in sales-ops or RevOps with commercial sense.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure and maintain the CRM and sales-ops tooling used daily.
• Automate steps in the sales and onboarding pipeline (lead routing, reports, alerts).
• Create real-time dashboards for ARR, pipeline and conversion for leadership.
• Collaborate with the broader Homey platform team to ensure compatibility with core systems.
• Fix bottlenecks and prevent broken integrations from stalling deals.
