Job summary

Oakwrights Ltd is seeking a CRM & Contracts Manager to own the CRM strategy, use data insights, and drive growth across marketing, sales, and operations. You will work across campaigns, automation, and customer journeys to improve retention and experience while collaborating with multiple teams.

The role focuses on managing contracts via HubSpot, PandaDoc, and Xero, and leveraging data to optimise customer engagement and conversion paths.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in CRM, data marketing, or email marketing.
• Strong understanding of back-end CRM systems.
• Experience developing and implementing a CRM strategy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, manage, and deliver the overall CRM strategy to attract, engage, and retain target audiences.
• Manage and maintain the contracts process across HubSpot, PandaDoc, and Xero.
• Oversee the issue of contracts, notices of change, and contract addendums.
