Job summary

Homey is hiring a Business Unit Manager to own day-to-day operations of the Sales Progression part of Homey. You will drive automation, scale adoption with estate agents, and feed into the wider platform.

You’ll lead the Sales Progressor team, report to senior leadership, and be measured by market penetration. This hybrid London-based role blends product leadership with commercial marketing and hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience running or supporting a product-led or tech-enabled service business.
• Genuine interest in automation and process design — you'd rather remove a manual step than hire someone to do it.
• Sharp commercial marketing instincts aimed at a B2B buyer (estate agents).
• People leadership experience; you’ll own the day-to-day performance of the Sales Progressor team.

Responsibilities

• Push sales progression towards full automation, so limited human cost is spent delivering the service.
• Run the marketing activity that gets this product into as many estate agency inboxes as possible.
• Prove the product works with hard numbers — genuinely faster transactions, not just a nicer dashboard.
• Generate real market noise: press, case studies and word of mouth around an automated, ultra-low-cost sales progression offer.
• Show the benefit of Homey to everyone in the chain, on every transaction that runs through the tool.
