Job summary

Acquired is a next-generation payments business with a London-based Revenue Operations Analyst role focused on data, reporting and CRM management. You’ll support revenue forecasting, KPI tracking and commercial performance, while helping maintain HubSpot and ensure data accuracy across the customer lifecycle.

This graduate-level position offers exposure to RevOps analytics, cross-team collaboration, and opportunities to take on greater ownership as the function grows.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience; no prior Revenue Operations or payments experience required.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and numbers.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, and willingness to develop quickly.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in fintech/payments and revenue analytics.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain Revenue Operations reporting including revenue, pipeline, forecast performance and KPIs.
• Support monthly forecasting processes with data prep and variance analysis.
• Analyze funnel performance and monitor conversion, pipeline, and time-to-revenue.
• Maintain CRM data quality and HubSpot configurations across the business.
• Build simple automations, dashboards and playbooks to improve RevOps processes.
