Omnea is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to join our fast-growing GTM and Finance teams in London. You will own day-to-day CRM administration, data hygiene, and work on dashboards that track pipeline health and funnel metrics.

Qualifications

• Top-class academic record; 1st class degree or top university.
• STEM background and curiosity about how tech fits together.
• Willing to work in a fast-scaling business with a clear learning curve.
• Comfort with data hygiene, spreadsheets, and repetitive admin tasks.
• Interest in GTM, pipeline metrics, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CRM administration, data hygiene, permissions and workflow upkeep.
• Stay ahead of releases; track new features across tools and adoption.
• Evaluate and set up new tools from evaluation to implementation.
• Improve data quality; fix incomplete or inconsistent data.
• Build dashboards and reports for pipeline health and KPIs.
• Support incentive tracking and commission calculations.
• Onboard new GTM joiners and train teams on tools and processes.
• Own recurring admin cadence and seek automation where possible.
