Job summary

Clear Junction Limited, a London-based fintech payments provider, seeks a Revenue Operations Support to manage HubSpot CRM health and related commercial platforms. You will drive process improvements, lead routing, and pipeline reporting to support forecasting and decision-making.

Collaborating with Marketing, Client Onboarding and Sales, you will ensure data accuracy, develop revenue insights and optimise CRM workflows across the sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial operations, revenue operations or sales enablement in fintech, payments, or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data quality for Contacts, Companies, Deals and Pipelines.
• Lead management and data cleansing; ensure accurate lead routing between Marketing and Sales.
• Produce and maintain revenue dashboards and pipeline reports for forecasting and ROI analysis.
• Develop and maintain sales collateral, pricing documents and playbooks with Marketing and Sales.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Sales, Marketing and other teams.
