Job description

We’re Acquired

Acquired is a next-generation payments business focused on powering recurring commerce.

We’re Acquired

Acquired is a next-generation payments business focused on powering recurring commerce. Our next-generation payment infrastructure and solutions unify and optimise customers' payment ecosystem, providing a competitive advantage and helping them achieve their goals in the digital economy. We combine this capability with exceptional sector expertise and a highly personal, tailored service focused on long-term partnerships with our customers. We’re scaling as a business, so if you thrive in an environment that’s constantly evolving, where purpose-driven culture is seen as an enabler to achieve the extraordinary and where our unique differences are celebrated, we could be the place for you!

Your Mission

The Revenue Operations team at Acquired is responsible for providing the data, reporting, systems and processes that help our commercial teams perform effectively and enable leadership to make better decisions. As our Revenue Operations Analyst, you'll report to the Head of Revenue Operations and provide day‑to‑day analytical and operational support across revenue reporting, forecasting, CRM management and commercial performance. You'll work with data across the full customer lifecycle, helping us understand how our funnel is performing, where revenue is moving, what risks and opportunities are emerging, and where our commercial processes can be improved. You'll also play an important role in maintaining HubSpot and ensuring the data, workflows and reporting that underpin our commercial teams remain accurate and reliable. This is a graduate-level role, ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, solving problems and understanding how businesses grow. You'll build a strong foundation across Revenue Operations, commercial analytics and CRM, with the opportunity to take on greater ownership as the function develops. This is an office‑based role with 5 days a week at our office based in London.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Reporting & Forecasting
  • Produce and maintain recurring Revenue Operations reporting covering revenue, pipeline, forecast performance and commercial KPIs
  • Support monthly forecasting processes, including data preparation, forecast tracking and variance analysis
  • Analyse performance against forecast, budget and previous periods, helping identify the drivers behind changes
  • Support the production of management information and executive reporting for Commercial, Finance and leadership teams
  • Help maintain revenue trackers, reporting models and other RevOps reporting infrastructure
Commercial Analysis & Insights
  • Analyse funnel performance across leads, opportunities, implementations and revenue
  • Monitor conversion rates, pipeline progression, sales velocity and time-to-revenue
  • Help identify commercial risks, opportunities and unusual performance trends
  • Support analysis of churn, customer growth, revenue concentration and merchant performance
  • Produce ad‑hoc analysis to support Commercial, Finance, Partnerships and wider business decision‑making
CRM & Data Quality
  • Support the day‑to‑day management and administration of HubSpot
  • Maintain high standards of CRM data quality across companies, contacts and deals
  • Monitor lifecycle stages, pipeline hygiene, close dates, mandatory fields and other commercial data standards
  • Identify data inconsistencies and work with stakeholders to resolve them
  • Help ensure HubSpot remains a reliable source of commercial and reporting data across the business
Automation & Process Improvement
  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, dashboards, reports and simple automations
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve how data moves through the commercial lifecycle
  • Support the development and improvement of Revenue Operations processes and workflows
  • Maintain clear documentation and playbooks for key RevOps and commercial processes
  • Assist with the ongoing development of tools, trackers and integrations used across the revenue organisation
Internal Collaboration & Development
  • Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Partnerships and Operations teams
  • Support pricing and commercial data administration, including maintaining pricing records and identifying gaps in available data
  • Take part in a structured onboarding and development programme covering payments, Revenue Operations, forecasting, CRM and commercial analytics
  • Build a strong understanding of Acquired's payment products, commercial model and customer lifecycle
  • Contribute ideas on how reporting, systems and processes can be continually improved
What You’ll Bring
  • A degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience; no prior Revenue Operations or payments experience required
  • The “All In” Attitude and mindset: Ready to achieve results, support the team challenge and the broader strategic focus
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and numbers
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, or a willingness to develop these quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to managing recurring tasks and deadlines
  • Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset, with an interest in understanding why performance changes rather than simply reporting the numbers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly
  • Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly, including CRM and reporting platforms such as HubSpot
  • A proactive approach and willingness to work across a broad range of analytical and operational projects
  • Genuine interest in fintech, payments, commercial analytics or Revenue Operations
  • A team player who’s keen to build a long‑term career in Revenue Operations

We have high expectations and work hard to deliver exceptional results. We value open and honest communication and are committed to listening to our people. Your ideas make us better. You’ll be collaborating with high performing teams and people who challenge you, support you, and will inspire you to be extraordinary!
