A leading healthcare provider in Prestatyn seeks a Revenue Assurance Officer to manage cash receipts efficiently. You will ensure timely allocation of payments from various sources, maintain communication with internal stakeholders, and contribute to departmental targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, alongside a proactive and customer-oriented approach. The Finance Cashier will ensure payments from Private Medical Insurance Companies, Foreign Embassies, Client and Self Pay patients are allocated across the group wide bank accounts.
The post holder will be following processes to efficiently and accurately process large payment values and volumes of cash receipts into Meditech as well as being able to identify unknown cash receipts and missing payments not allocated to accounts. This role has specific monthly targets to meet for cash receipts and keeping un-identified cash receipts to the bare minimum.
You will report to the Revenue Assurance Team Leader and working as part of a team. You will have a shared responsibility for facilitating a seamless patient journey and reaching monthly departmental KPI\'s.
