Job summary

A leading food and facilities management company seeks a Retail Team Leader to join their team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club for the 2025/26 season. This role involves overseeing kiosk operations during matchdays and non-matchdays. We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service and team leadership. Experience in hospitality is valued but not essential. The position offers competitive pay of £14.00 per hour with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming of retail customers, ensure till orders are being taken correctly and ensure the food/beverage is served to guests in a timely manner, dealing with any complaints and liaising with retail stand manager regarding matchday operations.
  • Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience.
  • Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items.
  • Lead a small team on a public kiosk bar in the matchday retail sector, organising kiosk staff roles for the shift, customer queue management and completion of paperwork.
  • Able to lead a small team.
  • Able to drive sales and meet customer expectations.
  • Able to deal with customers/spectators.

Role details: We currently have an opportunity for Retail Team Leaders to join our team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club. This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2025/26 Football Season, with the opportunity to work at matchdays and non-matchdays. The retail general admission areas of the stadium are busy and boast a fantastic atmosphere. We require Cashiers and Pourers to work in the various kiosks within the stadium. We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously, but we are open to those who are looking to secure their first role and those who want to learn lots of new skills.

Remuneration & Schedule
  • £14.00 per hour

  • Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts.
