Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Armagh is looking for a part-time supervisor to lead a small team and sustain outstanding customer service. You’ll support the management team with daily operations, drive sales, and ensure the store runs smoothly.

The role requires supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail environment, an understanding of KPIs, and the ability to develop colleagues. Training on piercing services is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to coach and develop others in a team.
• Willingness to perform piercing services if required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with daily store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and store presentable at all times.
• Help reduce shrinkage and minimize till errors.
• Contribute to hitting targets and maintaining smooth store flow.
