Job summary

Superdrug Stores in Northallerton is seeking a Supervisor to lead a small team at our High Street store. You will motivate staff, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service while managing day-to-day running and stock.

The role offers 16 hours per week with flexibility to work more; hourly rate £13.50. Training provided for piercing services and a friendly team environment with benefits such as holiday allowance and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a fast-paced high street store to maintain energy and hit targets.
• Drive sales and deliver customer service that keeps customers returning.
• Support management with day-to-day running and till accuracy.
• Keep shelves stocked, maintain store standards and reduce shrinkage.
