Job summary

Superdrug in Armagh is seeking a dedicated part-time supervisor to lead a small store team, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving daily targets. You’ll support the management team with the day-to-day running of the store, drive sales, and help deliver the brand’s energy and standards.

You’ll be at the heart of operations with responsibilities from stock and till accuracy to shrinkage prevention, all while staying flexible across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Team leadership experience in fast-paced retail (high street).
• Solid understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to mentor and develop colleagues’ skills.
• Willingness to perform piercing services with training provided (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate store team to maintain high energy and achieve targets.
• Support day-to-day store operations and management tasks.
• Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and store neat, minimizing shrinkage and till errors.
