Job summary

Superdrug Stores is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead a small team at 47 Church Street, Cromer. You will motivate staff, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced high street environment.

You will support the management with daily operations, help reduce shrinkage, maintain an attractive store, and ensure targets are met while providing training to colleagues. Flexible hours across Mon-Sun and a competitive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred.
• Knowledge of retail KPIs such as sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve skills.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided, not essential).

Responsibilities

• Support management with day-to-day running of the store.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and store looking its best; reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Help the team hit targets and ensure smooth operations.
