Job summary

Superdrug Stores is seeking a part-time Supervisor in Manchester to lead a small team, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to store standards. The role covers 20 hours per week with potential for more, with shifts across early mornings to evenings.

You will be responsible for supporting sales, customer experience and operational tasks while mentoring colleagues and maintaining high standards of store presentation. Training for piercing services is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Understanding of retail KPIs such as sales, profit and service levels.
• Ability to coach others to improve skills and performance.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided).
