Job summary

Superdrug in Hanley is hiring a part-time Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team. You’ll support the management team with daily store operations, drive sales, and provide outstanding customer service.

Working 16 hours per week with flexible shifts, you’ll help keep shelves stocked, reduce shrinkage, and guide colleagues. The role offers opportunities to train in piercing services and be part of a lively retail environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service.
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role).

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day running of the store.
• Drive sales and deliver customer service that keeps people coming back.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best.
• Help reduce shrinkage and till errors to hit targets.
