Job summary

Superdrug Stores is seeking a part-time Supervisor to help manage daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead the team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining store standards and accuracy at till points.

The role involves 16 hours per week with flexible shifts, including weekends, and training provided for any piercing services. You’ll contribute to a welcoming store culture and customer-first experience.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in day-to-day store operations
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service
• Keep shelves stocked and the store presenting well
• Help reduce shrinkage and till errors
• Assist in achieving targets and keeping the store running smoothly
