Job summary

Superdrug Stores plc in Tamworth is seeking a part-time supervisor to energise the shop floor, coach staff, and drive customer service excellence. You will support management with daily operations, control stock and till accuracy, and contribute to sales targets in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service to keep customers returning
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including stock, till errors and shrinkage control
• Support management in achieving targets and smooth store running
