Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a capable Supervisor to lead a store team in Loughborough. The role is 16 hours per week with the opportunity for more hours, paying £13.50 per hour.

You’ll support the management team with daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service while keeping shelves stocked and the store well presented. Training for piercing services is provided if required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to develop colleagues and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to hit targets.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store presentable.
• Help reduce shrinkage and till errors.
