Superdrug Stores in Belfast is seeking a part-time supervisor to lead a small team, maintain high service standards, and drive sales across a busy store. You will support management in daily operations, help reduce shrinkage, and ensure the store is well presented for customers.

The role offers 16 hours per week with flexibility in shifts, a focus on customer care, and opportunities to advance within a popular high-street retailer.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs; including sales, profit and service.
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided) and not essential as part of the role)

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced store to hit targets.
• Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support management in day-to-day store operations, helping reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best to maintain a welcoming shopping environment.
