Rituals Cosmetics in Burgh Heath is seeking a retail supervisor-level teammate who loves guiding customers from browsing to buying. You’ll be the go-to person during opening hours, evenings and weekends, delivering outstanding service and building connections with every customer you meet.

You’ll drive sales, lead by example, and share product stories that resonate. Training will keep you at the top of your game, while you help the boutique run smoothly and represent Rituals with pride.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-focused role.
• Ability to meet performance targets.
• Strong product knowledge and storytelling.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
