Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics in High Wycombe is seeking a customer-focused supervisor to enhance the in-store experience. You’ll guide the sales floor, share product stories, and ensure a smooth boutique operation during evenings and weekends.

You are motivated by targets, detail-oriented and ready to take on greater responsibility while supporting teammates and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• You have a similar level of experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.
• You have a strong motivation to reach performance targets.
• You have an eye for detail, you're organised and structured.
• Colleagues already come to you when they're stuck. You gladly help them master the Feel-Good Experience and be a role model.
• You really enjoy working with customers and want to keep that connection, but you're ready to take on more responsibility too.
• You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver amazing customer service – you know every product inside out and share their stories in ways that connect with every customer you meet.
• Win at sales and bring others with you – do great at your own targets while setting the example for your team members.
• Be the problem-solver customers and colleagues trust – handle complex questions and situations with confidence, while keeping the boutique running smoothly.
• Represent Rituals – follow safety standards, rock the Rituals look, and keep your product knowledge up to date through training and workshops.
