Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics in Warrington is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy boutique. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales targets, and support your team while keeping store operations smooth. You will embody the Rituals brand through safety standards and ongoing product knowledge training.

You will guide colleagues, serve customers with a positive connection, and be ready to take on more responsibility during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or team leader in a retail or customer-driven role.
• Motivation to reach performance targets.
