Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers and resolving queries.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels and product placement.
• Maintain shop floor standards, cleanliness, and brand-aligned presentation.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening/closing procedures and till operations.
