Job summary

JD Sports Fashion seeks a proactive Supervisor to help run the shop floor, drive service levels, and support daily operations under Store Management. You will guide colleagues across shifts and maintain presentation standards in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail.
• Strong communication skills to guide colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail to uphold service, presentation, and store standards.
• Interest in retail, solid product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote company values and behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels and assisting with product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean and aligned with brand standards.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening/closing procedures and till operations.
