Job summary

JD Group is seeking a proactive Retail Supervisor to oversee daily shop floor activity and uphold outstanding customer service standards. You will support colleagues across shifts, maintain presentation, and assist with opening/closing procedures and till operations.

The ideal candidate has previous supervisory experience in fast-paced retail, excellent communication skills, keen eye for detail, and a passion for retail trends and brand values.

Qualifications

• Must have previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Strong interest in retail, solid product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote company values and behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand standards and company expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.
