JD Sports is seeking a Shop Supervisor to support the shop floor operations and maintain high service standards. You will assist colleagues across shifts, help with presentation and store performance, and carry out daily tasks as directed by Store Management.

You will bring supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail, strong communication, and a keen eye for detail to uphold brand values and customer satisfaction on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail.
• Strong communication to guide colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail to uphold service, presentation and store operations.
• Interest in retail with product knowledge and brand values.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries and ensuring team presentation meets brand expectations.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range and assisting with product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised and aligned with brand standards.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and till operations.
