Job summary

JD Group is seeking a ready-to-help retail teammate to greet customers, provide product information, and identify needs to guide purchases. You will maintain appealing displays, replenish stock, and help ensure smooth daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with colleagues to deliver high standards of service, support sales opportunities, and uphold health and safety practices, following store processes at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to identify customer needs and advise on products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers with product information when required.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and promote complementary items to hit sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation on the shop floor.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed correctly and available.
• Process transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and prepare deliveries.
• Use in-store technology to support customer enquiries and daily operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support day-to-day store running.
