Job summary

Lush Bournemouth is seeking a part-time Supervisor for a temporary contract. You will lead the store team, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean, inviting shop floor that reflects our brand values.

You will coach colleagues, coordinate with the store manager and nearby shops, help achieve sales targets, and ensure health and safety standards. Start mid-November with a January end date to suit business needs.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused supervisor experience is preferred.
• Ability to motivate a team and coach staff.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service by providing regular coaching, feedback, and encouragement.
• Engage with customers by offering a warm welcome, asking open-ended questions to understand their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing, and well-organized shop floor by ensuring displays follow guidelines and seasonal trends.
• Support the store manager in achieving sales targets through team motivation and creative approaches to drive performance.
• Organise and contribute to in-store events and outreach to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
• Provide training, feedback, and development for team members to improve skills and foster collaboration.
• Lead the store effectively in the absence of the store manager.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed and store compliance is maintained.
• Seek opportunities for personal development through training and coaching.
