Job summary

Lush Poole Spa Store is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead the team, deliver excellent customer service and assist the store manager. You’ll coach staff, maintain stock and store standards, and help organise events while working between 10 and 20 hours per week.

The role emphasizes living wage commitments and a supportive, inclusive shop floor culture. Start ASAP with interviews in W/C 9 November and potential early closure if demand changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service with coaching and feedback.
• Engage with customers, welcome, ask open questions and provide tailored recommendations.
• Keep shop floor clean, stocked and visually appealing according to guidelines.
• Support store manager in achieving sales targets and drive performance.
• Organise in-store events and customer celebrations to grow business.
• Provide training and development for team members and assist onboarding.
• Lead the store in the absence of the store manager and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain health and safety standards and store compliance.
• Pursue personal development through training and leadership meetings.
