Job summary

Lush is seeking a Temporary Supervisor at its store in Broughton. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, leading a small team, and maintaining an engaging shop floor environment. You’ll support store operations, drive sales, and participate in events and training to grow the team’s capabilities.

The position is a 24 hours per week contract with a 3x8 shift pattern, paid at £14.45 per hour. We value Living Wage principles and a supportive, inclusive store culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team with coaching, feedback, and encouragement.
• Engage with customers by warmly welcoming them and offering tailored product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, visually appealing shop floor with tidy displays.
• Support the store manager to hit sales targets through motivation and shop-floor initiatives.
• Organise and contribute to in-store events and customer celebrations to drive growth.
• Provide training and development for staff, and assist with recruitment and onboarding.
• Lead the store in the absence of the store manager and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed and store compliance is maintained.
• Pursue personal development through training and collaboration with leaders.
