What you'll bring to the team

Ready to step into the spotlight? At Madame Tussauds London, our guests don’t just meet the stars, they take a piece of the experience home with them. From iconic souvenirs to exclusive gifts, our retail spaces are an extension of the fame experience, and we’re looking for a Retail Supervisor to help make the magic happen.

As a Retail Supervisor, you’ll lead from the front, making sure every shop floor shines as brightly as our A-list line-up. You’ll keep stock looking sharp, displays dazzling, and inspire your team to deliver unforgettable service, all while driving sales and making sure our guests leave with memories (and merchandise!) they can’t wait to share.

Your starring role includes:

• Taking charge of the daily running of our retail outlets, ensuring everything runs as smoothly as a red-carpet event.
• Coaching and motivating the team so they feel confident sharing their product knowledge and upselling with flair.
• Supporting the Retail Manager in hitting sales targets and maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Keeping a close eye on stock, helping with deliveries, and solving any backstage hiccups.
• Acting as duty manager when needed, making sure safety, service, and training always take centre stage.

This is a Permanent position where you will be working on a 5 days out of 7 roster basis. Madame Tussauds is open daily and so we do require a flexible attitude towards working hours as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a retail environment.
• Organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under the spotlight.
• A natural leader who can motivate and support a team to deliver stand-out service and smash sales goals.
• Knowledge of stock management and visual merchandising (a plus, but not essential).
• Flexibility, our stage is open daily, so weekends and bank holidays are part of the show.
