Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to support the Store Manager and lead the sales team to meet commercial objectives. You will deputise during absence and drive customer-centric store operations across the sales floor.

You will motivate and coach staff, manage day-to-day store activities, and ensure Visual Merchandising and product knowledge are used to deliver excellent shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience with proven leadership.
• Strong coaching and development skills.
• Clear, effective communicator at all levels.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a store team to hit targets.
• Experience delivering and exceeding sales and customer KPIs.
• Excellent organizational skills and task prioritization.
• Proficient with in-store IT systems and reporting.
• Knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent selling behaviours and lead by example to hit personal KPIs.
• Support Store Manager to coach and develop the team to achieve sales targets.
• Oversee sales floor and maintain a welcoming, well-organized store environment.
• Utilize CSAT insights to improve customer experience and store operations.
• Assist in store operations and Visual Merchandising to meet standards.
• Continue product knowledge training to drive sales performance.
• Plan and prioritise tasks to protect sales and service in-store.
