Job summary

Clarks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving daily operations. This hands-on leader will help ensure the store runs smoothly and meets performance goals.

The role blends leadership, customer service, and operations, with responsibilities including KPI tracking, staff development, and day-to-day store functionality in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and bank holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to drive KPI's and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
