Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco Group subsidiary, is seeking a Shift Leader for a fast-paced retail environment in the community. You will lead a team, run duty shifts, and strive to exceed customer expectations with on-the-job coaching and feedback.

You will ensure the store operates safely and efficiently, delivering practical actions to improve performance while maintaining a welcoming store environment for customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team to deliver the easiest shopping trip in the community.
• Open/close the store and complete duty cover, prioritising safety.
• Be the go-to person for colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Support seasonal and community events and create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Ensure the store is clean, tidy and well presented.
• Prioritise replenishment of products that matter to customers.
