Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Shift Leader in the United Kingdom to oversee daily store operations in Barnsley. You will lead a busy team, manage open/close duties, coach colleagues, and drive efficient store performance while maintaining safety and high customer service standards.

In this role you will monitor operations, assist with event support, ensure replenishment and stock presentation, and resolve customer queries to deliver a positive shopping experience.
